Choose Your Tier: Collaboration & Support Models

Level 1: Collaboration Model

  • Single State -only supervising physician services.
  • Does not include a physical address, DEA support, or partnership opportunities.

Level 2: Supervision & DEA Support

  • Single-state supervisory services.
  • Includes dedicated DEA licensing support.
  • Does not include access to physical office space.

Level 3: Corporate Setup & Supervision

  • Multi-state supervisory services and full DEA licensing support.
  • Authorized use of our corporate address and office space for your LLC or state licensing.
  • Includes employment verifications and professional reference letters from collaborating doctor and nurse practitioner collegues to unlock future opportunities.

Level 4: Partnership & Early Investor

  • Includes all services from Levels 1–3.
  • Full involvement in building, scaling, and expanding the venture with complete operational transparency.
  • Exclusive insights into our proprietary NP-Physician model, designed to bypass traditional tech recruiters and automated hiring filters. We match clinicians based on real expertise, not just standardized metrics.

*Note: Levels 3 and 4 grant direct access to an experienced medical director to guide evidence-based practices and complex clinical scenarios. All tiers are subject to change.
