• 18 and older and be able to sign your own consents
• Insurance is not accepted 
• You can submit your visit invoice to your insurance or HSA account
• Your orders, labs, or local pharmacy prescriptions might be covered by your insurance if accepted

At your visit your provider will:

• Review ICARENP's weight management program and medication options
• Discuss your weight loss goals and prescribe medications if indicated
• Since our providers manage chronic problems we accept patients who might not qualify for other medication programs 

Prior to your visit: 

• Complete your health forms

Branded medication requests: 

• We will send branded medications to your local pharmacy at your request
• Call your local pharmacy and verify your price and coverage for the branded medication
• Verify that your pharmacy has the branded medication in stock
• You will be required to pay for a visit with each branded medication prescription or prior authorization request
• 90-day prescriptions will be prescribed if requested at the time of your visit
